experience, (preferably in an engineering, vs. sys-admin, capacity);
server tuning, optimization & capacty planning, any web server s/w (ie.
WebSphere is ideal)
Additional Skills: looking for a Unix Sys Admin with experience with
the following flavors: SCO, AIX & EDI as well.
Other Skills: Any level of LDAP, Tivoli, Veritas Foundation Suite
